Derek was super professional and created a cake that looked exactly like we desired. Many of my guests remarked how it was the best wedding cake they had ever had and didn't taste like your typical "wedding cake" at all.

Derek was great to work with. He met with us when it was convenient for us and had great ideas. He worked with our "champagne taste on a beer budget" without difficulty. I am still hearing compliments on the three different flavors of cake he made for us! A newer, small company that is sure to grow and prosper in the future thanks to a great personality with talent to boot!

Corsino Cakes did a very unique cake for our wedding this past September. Derek met with me numerous times to ensure that he had a clear idea of what we wanted for our cake. He was very easy to work with and was also very patient and understanding of our budgetary restrictions. Derek was able to work with us to get the cake that we wanted, well as that we could afford. When the day arrived, Derek arrived when he said that he would, and was able to set up everything without having to come find me(much appreciated as we did everything ourselves that day, one less thing to worry about was amazing!) The cake was so much more than we could have imagined, and it brought tears to my eyes when I saw it. Our wedding day was so amazing, but the cake added so much to it, just made it that much more special. Derek was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone(ESPECIALLY if you are looking for a non-traditional cake). Besides his professionalism and the appearance of the cake, the flavor was amazing. We had so many compliments about how delicious the cake was, as well as the frosting! I myself have been to so many weddings where the cake was beautiful, but lacking in the flavor, that was not the case with Corsino Cakes. Derek is truely the whole package.
